CadenX

Why did Velorus Labs build CadenX?

The founding team has run CRM and ERP implementations end to end and built the platforms underneath them, and kept watching hours get lost to rework, rewritten documentation, and communication gaps between client and delivery team. CadenX exists to close those gaps: faster, more accurate implementations with fewer rework cycles and fewer things lost between conversations. For an Implementation Expert or a firm, that means capacity for more projects, delivery dates that hold, clients who stay happy through go-live, and stronger ROI. That is the outcome CadenX is built to deliver.

What implementation pain points does CadenX solve?

CadenX targets four things that quietly wreck implementation timelines: (1) documentation scattered across calls, decks, and inboxes, (2) contradictions between sources that surface too late to fix cheaply, (3) go-live risk nobody can quantify until it’s already a problem, and (4) scope tracked by hand across spreadsheets that go stale within a week. CadenX consolidates every project input into one live record, reconciles it continuously, and tells the Implementation Expert what changed. The result: fewer surprises late in a project, when they’re most expensive.

What problems does CadenX solve for Implementation Experts?

CadenX takes back the hours an Implementation Expert loses to work that is not implementation: rewriting discovery notes into artifacts, rebuilding plans after every scope change, and chasing status across stakeholders. Those artifacts stay current on their own, so the Implementation Expert spends the day on client decisions instead of document maintenance. Velorus Labs estimates discovery and design at roughly 60 hours of manual effort versus about 28 with CadenX, based on internal benchmarking against IE workflows.

Can CadenX read discovery call transcripts automatically?

Yes. CadenX ingests discovery call transcripts and notes, extracting project scope, data objects in play, and any contradictions between sources. Beyond contradictions, CadenX also flags risks critical to project completion and notifies the Implementation Expert with resolution options and suggested action items. The Implementation Expert selects the appropriate resolution and confirms the correction before the artifacts update.

How does CadenX flag go-live risks?

CadenX continuously measures every milestone, dependency, and open item against the committed go-live date, and identifies three things: blockers, work that cannot proceed until something else lands; risks, items likely to slip and consume schedule buffer; and contradictions, places where two project sources disagree. Each one is surfaced to the Implementation Expert with what’s affected and who owns it. The Implementation Expert sees the short list that actually threatens the go-live date, not a uniform report of everything.

Does CadenX help with client sign-off documents?

Yes. CadenX generates a fully detailed, integrated Project Discovery Document that consolidates scope, data blueprint and project artifacts into a single client-ready deliverable. The Implementation Expert reviews it and sends it straight to the customer for sign-off, with no manual assembly or formatting in between.

What does CadenX do during an implementation?

CadenX runs across all three phases of a Velorus Labs implementation. In Discovery and Design it turns calls and documents into a scope analysis, a data blueprint and project artifacts. In System Setup it keeps the project map, platform configuration status and migration progress current. In Enablement it tracks training, user acceptance testing and hypercare, so the project closes with the same rigour it started with.

Does CadenX replace the Implementation Expert?

No. CadenX accelerates the work an Implementation Expert already does and never substitutes for their judgment. It drafts artifacts, surfaces schedule risk and keeps documentation current, while scoping decisions, client conversations and trade-off calls stay with the Implementation Expert. Every output is presented for review and confirmation before it enters the project record.

Platform

What is Velorus Labs’ 3-phase implementation methodology?

The Velorus Labs methodology has three phases. Phase 01, Discovery and Design, covers scope analysis, data blueprint and project artifacts. Phase 02, System Setup, covers platform configuration and data migration. Phase 03, Enablement, covers training, user acceptance testing and hypercare.

Which CRM and ERP platforms does Velorus Labs support?

Velorus Labs is platform-agnostic and is used across Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle and Workday, to name a few. Because the methodology is built around the structure of an implementation rather than one vendor’s product, it applies equally to platforms outside that list, including in-house systems. Teams running work across several ecosystems get one system instead of a different tool for each.

How is CadenX different from other implementation tools?

CadenX is platform-agnostic: it works across any CRM or ERP a team is deploying rather than living inside one vendor’s ecosystem. It also spans the full implementation lifecycle instead of a single stage, so discovery, setup and enablement share one continuous record and nothing is re-entered between them. A firm running Salesforce, NetSuite and SAP projects in the same quarter runs all three in one place.

Which phase is available today?

Phase 01, Discovery and Design, is available today and in use during early access, which is also where the largest share of avoidable time is lost. Phase 02, System Setup, and Phase 03, Enablement, are in active development. Velorus Labs has not published release dates for either, and early-access feedback is shaping the order they ship in.

Getting Started

How do I get early access to CadenX?

To request early access or book a demo, visit veloruslabs.com/contact. Velorus Labs responds to every request directly within 48 hours. There’s no cost during the early-access period and no sales pitch.

What is the Velorus Labs Design Partner Program?

The Design Partner Program is a small cohort of implementation firms and independent consultants who use CadenX free throughout the partnership and help decide what gets built next. Design partners get a direct line to the Velorus Labs team, priority influence on the roadmap and preferred pricing at general availability. In exchange we ask for candid feedback from live client projects. Applications are open at veloruslabs.com/partners.

What does Velorus Labs actually do?

Velorus Labs is a software company building the platform Implementation Experts running CRM and ERP projects have never had: one system holding the full implementation lifecycle across three phases, Discovery and Design, System Setup and Enablement. CadenX is the AI layer inside it, reading project inputs, maintaining artifacts and surfacing schedule risk before it becomes a missed date. The platform is in early access with a limited group of implementation teams today.
